easy lemon poppy seed waffles

This is WAY too easy...
What you'll need:
Betty Crocker Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Mix
2 eggs
1/4 C. vegetable oil
1 & 1/4 C. milk
Cooking spray
Strawberries (or any kind of berry)
Powdered Sugar
1. Combine Muffin mix & milk, oil, egg. Stir until just mixed.
2. Spray down the waffle iron really well for each batch of waffles. Waffle it up!
3. Top waffles with sliced strawberries, a sprinkling of powdered sugar & some of the lemon glaze that comes in the mix box.
4. Enjoy!
*You may need to mess around with the amounts of milk or flour depending on your altitude.
