Some Asher & Collin-isms from the week..
On Sunday Asher had asked to go to McDonalds. I explained to him that we weren't going to do that because we needed to try & keep the Sabbath Day holy. So, the next day he said:
Asher: It's not Sunday.
Mom: You're right, it's not. Today is Monday.
Asher: A-go in a Burgers 'N Fries?
Mom: Well, we could go to McDonalds, but daddy just made dinner.
Asher: (thinks for a moment) Jesus says "yes"! Heavenly Father says "yes"!
*nice to know that Jesus approves of McDonalds now & then, provided it isn't on a Sunday. :) After watching Forks Over Knives though, I'm ready to institute "meatless Mondays" & work our way up to eating meat a little more sparingly.

We were
eating kettle corn outside. Collin grabbed the bag & accidentally dumped it
upside down. He paused, looking around at all our shocked faces then smiled tentatively & said “ta-da!”.

Those guys are so funny! Can't wait to see them this weekend.
