After Collin's party we headed to the Red Iguana for some delicious Mexican food. I tried mole for the first time and loved it! The little boys inhaled their burritos. This weekend, though warm, was so fun & relaxed & just cool. I loved it and I love my family! I'm also really gonna miss this backyard when we move in September...ps- We love and missed you Derek & Tara!

Yes, we are moving...still within Utah though. Further south. No biggie.

How fun! We've never eaten at the Red Iguana, but we have eaten at the Blue Iguana, which was sooo yummy!! Is the Red Iguana over on the west side of I-15, in an area that you might not want to be in at night? :) Are you staying in Salt Lake? Way to go on an awesome party Cort!
