I was looking back through old blog posts and realized that I never posted any pictures from Asher & Tessa's 2-2-2 party. It happened nearly a month ago! Asher was turning 2, Tessa was turning 22.
We had my family in town to celebrate & to be with Derek when he went to the temple. AND my sister Brianna & Jesse got engaged! What a wonderful surprise!
We celebrated with Grandma & Grandpa Clegg the next day at the MTC. Asher was so cute trying to blow out his candles- he would blow, but very softly, so the process took a while. :)
Some of Asher's presents included a GIANT gumball machine from Uncle Derek, a wooden train set from Grandma & Grandpa Bartlett & 2 race cars from Mom, Dad & Collin. Nate and I were feeling badly that we only spent $10 on Asher for his birthday...we had put off buying him presents until the day of the party. As it turns out he was thrilled with having those 2 cars...yay for inexpensive gifts!! :)

\Oh, and Scott & Nate put together a pinata. It was a horse pinata that said "Best" on one side and "Wishes" on the other. Wishes is the name of Tessa & Tara's horse. Get it? Best Wishes? Haha. Asher was so excited by all the candy that he started doing his happy dance where he throws his elbows in the air while swaying from side-to-side.

I'm still smiling looking at the pictures from the party. We had such a great time! Happy Birthday to Tessa and Asher.
So many fun things going on. Congrats on the engagement - I bet your dad is excited, one more wedding and he's done! :)
