I was NOT looking forward to church this last Sunday. We used to go from 9AM-12PM, but with the new year came a new time. 1PM-4PM. That is the EXACT time that Asher and Collin take naps. (Which means that on my lucky days, I get to nap too!)
Wow, Heavenly Father was truly testing me.
The dreaded Sabbath morning rolled around, and to my great astonishment, it was...heavenly!
We relished the next hour of cuddles, group hugs, kisses & tickles.
Breakfast.
Then mommy & daddy read books on the couch while the boys played happily together on the floor. Wow. Seriously??
But I was no fool. Sure everything was great now, but church would be a nightmare.
It wasn't. Not at all.
The end.
Life lesson learned: try to be more optimistic, have more faith.

Yay! Glad it went well. I always hate that time too, especially since my kids don't really sleep well if they're being held. We're at 9 now, so once we get into our schedule it should be great, especially since Drew starts nursery in February! :)
Aww Corty! I'm glad to hear things went well on Sunday..I was worried for you guys! Hope to see you later this week

Yea for morning snuggles. I can't wait for Jane to be big enough, and not eating EVERY time Katherine comes into our room in the morning. I love that your day went so smoothly and you had such great family time.

Aw, I miss that Asher!! Collin looks so much like Asher did as a baby that I just want to snuggle him just to make sure he's as snuggly as Asher was :).
