Doesn't that just picture just make you smile?! I was a little sad when I had to scroll 2/3 of the way down the page just to find a picture of my little Squeaks! Tomorrow he will be 7 months old. I LOVE the age he is at right now. Yes, I know, I say that about almost every baby stage. He is happy all the time. He is sleeping throught the night- waking for just one feeding in the wee hours of the morning. He snuggles very well in bed with me. He giggles more now too. He has such a big personality...I thought Asher was going to be my wild n' crazy kid, but Collin might give him a run for his money. He can wrestle with his dad & brother, and I find myself having to give him reminders to be nice to Asher- not to pull his hair. haha!
And he has gotten soooo chubby too. He devours everything within sight. His insatiable appetite may have even saved his life. (I am being overly-dramatic for comedic effect.)
You see, the other day I had Collin sitting in his Bumbo seat on top of the kitchen
table. Asher and I had just finished eating breakfast. I heard my phone ring in the next room and ran to go grab it. When I came back to the kitchen Collin was laying on his tummy on the table, gnawing on a piece of toast left on my breakfast plate.
You cannot imagine my panic & relief...How the heck did he manage to work his way out of that chair so quickly? (Those of you familiar with the Bumbo design know that this is quite the feat!) And what if that food hadn't been there to occupy him? Collin army crawls rather well and could have easily crawled off the table, hit the tile floor....ugh. I don't even wanna think about it anymore. It makes me sick.
All is well. (obviously) The Bumbo seat was quicly replaced with a high chair/booster seat where my crazy little Collin can be strapped in. Very secure. :)

Oh my gosh he is so cute! I just kept saying that when I saw this picture. I am glad he got preoccupied with the toast and didn't find the edge of the table...my boy loves to eat as well!

Ohhh, this is the CUTEST picture ever!!! lol He is just sooo cute, and I think he is looking more and more like his cute big brother!!!
