Given what the past week has been like, I feel particularly content today. The weather is GORGEOUS- clear blue skies, warm & sunny with a cool breeze...Asher and I just got back from a really long walk outside. (He tossed our garage door opener outside somewhere and I had to loop our block twice to find it.) That boy LOVES his new wagon and we haven't missed a daily walk since his birthday! Here are some other good things that have happened:
I felt the baby move/kick for the first time this week- one of the best feelings in the world.
My belly "popped" and I finally look pregnant instead of just soft around the middle.
Nate & Asher are both on the mend from being VERY sick.
Asher began dancing this week- bouncing up & down and swaying...it's incredibly cute!
He took a really long nap today. (which means I got take a really long nap today)
I walked downstairs this morning to find Asher helping Daddy tie his shoes- he loves helping Nate get ready for work in the morning.
Only 1 week to go until we know the sex of the baby!!
(I know this is gonna sound dumb, but-) Last night was a good TV night and so is tonight! Yay!
There are a million other reasons I feel happy- most of them too detailed to describe, but I'm thankful for the peace I feel and hope everyone else is having as nice of a day!

Yea corty! You are one tough lady for being able to handle all of that. I am kinda bummed though, I thought for sure I was going to be one of your favorite things...oh well.

Oh fun - first kicks! I love that you are excited by the little, but very important, things. A long nap, a dancing baby (well two really!) and a good TV show are all things I'd be excited about too. So funny about the garage door opener!!
I just love your blog. It makes me so happy. It's wonderful to see what a happy, darling baby Asher is, and what wonderful parents you are. However, Nate is a bum for not telling us he has pneumonia. Love you all.

Thanks for the happy blog it made me think about my happy things today. Ava loves to go on walks too; if you are ever up to a long walk we could meet half way.
