Easter

We made bunny bait earlier in the week & made sure to talk about the Resurrection with the kids every night until they could tell the Easter story themselves. We planted magical jellybeans that blossomed into lollipops overnight.

*check out his double-hobo-toes!

Saturday morning we gorged ourselves on candy from the Easter Bunny & headed over to the Clegg's for an egg hunt & rototilling the garden. (Or as Asher called it, "mowing the dirt".) I have determined that my boys have many strengths, but they suck at easter egg hunting. haha!

Sunday was relaxing & church was wonderful...my only regret was that I didn't snap any pictures of the boys in their Easter ties.

That evening we had Scott & Tessa over for dinner- ham, potatoes, asparagus, & Tessa's insanely delicious artisan bread. I also whipped up these bad boys (Lemon Blueberry Cupcakes)...

And lastly, a nice Spring walk to finish the day.
