In answer to your sleep question, I wish I had a miracle answer for you. It's miserable to be exhausted all of the time.
Eliza was born a better sleeper than Bryson. In the first few weeks I had to set my alarm and wake her up in the night because she was losing so much weight and had to eat.
I am a strong believer in "The Baby Whisperer," which I followed with Bryson. You probably already do this, but basically the suggested routine is to feed the baby when he wakes up, let him have "play time" for 30 minutes or so, then swaddle him and put him to bed. This cycle is repeated every three hours throughout the day. At night you just eliminate the play time.
Also, I aim for a 10:00pm feeding to try and tide her over before bed. Cluster feedings can be a good approach, too. You can try and feed him every two hours in the evening hours to get him all fattened up before bed.
Maybe you're already doing these things, and maybe they won't work for him anyway, but it's worth a try. Good luck!
They are so freaking cute! I love Asher's arms (Ha Ha). Tess said that you guys are moving to Utah? What's going on? I could be going home again before Christmas, so we should all get together. It would be so fun.
