Does this look like a child who just got two shots five minutes earlier?
After doing a lot of research, I am following an alternative schedule for his immunizations and so at nearly 7 months old, Asher received his first shots (IPV and Hib). I was prepared for lots of crying from us both. Fortunately, that never happened. I'm sure Asher is an annamolie like his Aunt Bri when it comes to shots. I am also sure that I will have my fair share of shot-induced crying from future children. For now, I am countin' my blessings! *Oh yeah, Asher now weighs over 20 lbs. My days of carrying him in his car seat are numbered.

He does seem alot like his Aunt Bri when it comes to shots, they never phased her - she even giggled sometimes as she was getting her shots! Throat swabs, however, where a different story - she hated those! He looks like "no big dealio" - such a cutie! g-ma Bartlett
Yea for being such a trooper! He needs to give Kate a pep talk before her next set! Did you do anything to distract him? Did they give him the shots in the thigh? Tell me your secrets :)
